Julio Teheran to start second game of Tuesday double-header against Houston

Julio Teheran is scheduled to start the second half of the Angels' double-header on Tuesday against the Houston Astros. (Fabian Ardaya on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Teheran was moved to the bullpen after giving up 11 runs over his first three starts. He made one appearance out of the pen back on August 20th and gave up four runs over five innings of relief. Add that all up and he's not a recommended play against the formidable Astros lineup.
