Clippard exited Sunday's win early after taking a line drive to the elbow. He managed to avoid a serious injury and could be available to pitch Tuesday. Clippard "had another really good day today," said Twins' manager Rocco Baldelli. The Twins could be cautious with Clippard and rest him one more day. The 35-year-old owns a 1.42 ERA and 0.79 WHIP over 12 2/3 innings.
