Wade Davis (shoulder) throws bullpen session Wednesday

Wade Davis has been on the IL since August second with a right shoulder strain. He is progressing in his rehab but does not have a scheduled date for his return. (Patrick Saunders on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is hard to imagine the Rockies handing Davis the closer's role immediately upon his return. Since 2019 Davis has a 9.13 ERA in 45 1/3 innings pitched for the Rockies. For the time being, Daniel Bard is the favorite for saves in Colorado.
