Detroit Tigers right-hander Michael Fulmer allowed two runs in three innings in a 7-6 win over the Cubs on Wednesday. Fulmer struck out one and walked two.

Fulmer is being handled carefully by the club after having Tommy John surgery last year. He threw just 46 pitches before departing. Overall, Fulmer has an 8.79 ERA, 1.95 WHIP, and 11 strikeouts in 14 1/3 innings of work.
