Manny Pina exits Game 2 with a knee injury

Manny Pina left Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader against the Reds with a right knee injury. He was seen after the game on crutches. (Will Sammon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pina reportedly was having trouble putting weight on his leg and was removed from Game 2. There is no timetable for his return and currently day-to-day. An update should be provided once additional tests are completed.
