Ross Stripling allowed three runs on four hits and three walks in four innings Saturday against the Rangers. He struck out three in a no-decision.
Stripling was given run support, but couldn't pitch deep enough into the game to qualify for the win. He gave up consecutive home runs in the third inning, and pulled after allowing the first two runners to reach base in the fifth. Stripling has struggled in his last four starts, failing to eclipse five innings innings each time, and allowing 13 runs in 15.2 innings. He's projected to take on the Rockies next on Friday.
