Carlos Ruiz knocks in only Phillies' run in loss to Blue Jays

The Phlllies managed just 5 hits in a 4-1 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday. One those hits was an RBI single by Carlos Ruiz, who finished the game 1-for-3. Ruiz, who is batting .229 this spring, is penciled in as the starting catcher.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruiz has 5 RBI in 35 at bats this spring and showing excellent bat control this spring. He's struck out only 2 times, but only walked once. Ruiz has only played in 130 or more games once in his career, so expect him to play around 120 games in 2015. Not an upper echelon offensive catcher, Ruiz is still a good fantasy option in most leagues.
