Daniel Vogelbach was claimed by the Milwaukee Brewers on Thursday, according to a report from MLB insider Ken Rosenthal. In a corresponding move, the team designated Justin Smoak for assignment. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Vogelbach has bounced around a bit the last couple of weeks. He was traded from the Mariners to the Blue Jays in late August but was then designated for assignment by the Blue Jays after the trade deadline. Now, he lands with the Brewers and brings with him a .088 batting average, three runs scored, two home runs, four RBI, 12 walks, and no stolen bases through 20 games (57 at-bats).
