Fantasy Impact:
Phillips was traded to the Rays last Thursday and could make his debut Friday. He submitted two negative tests and was activated from the COVID-19 injured list. Phillips is slashing .226/.294/.387 with one home run, two RBI, eight runs scored and three stolen bases across 34 plate appearances for the Royals in 2020.
