Wade Miley pitched a simulated game at the Reds' alternate site on Friday and has a chance to join the club on their current road trip, per manager David Bell. (C. Trent Rosecrans on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Miley has been on the injured list since August 28th with a left shoulder sprain and will be eligible to come off the IL on September 7th at the earliest. The veteran left-hander has a 6.57 ERA, 1.78 WHIP over 12.1 innings this year.
