Trevor Williams earns sixth loss of the season

Trevor Williams (1-6) allowed five runs on five hits and three walks while striking out six across six innings in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Reds. He picked up his fifth loss of the year.

Fantasy Impact:

Williams was hurt by the long ball as he yielded three home runs to Eugenio Suarez in Saturday's loss. He has now allowed 16 runs in his last three contests. The 28-year-old is tied for the major-lead in losses with six. Williams owns a 5.80 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 38 strikeouts across 40 1/3 innings in 2020. His next scheduled start Saturday against the Royals.
