Minnesota Twins right-hander Kenta Maeda allowed three runs over six innings in a 4-3 win over the Tigers on Saturday. Maeda struck out eight and walked one in the win.
Fantasy Impact:
Maeda did not factor into the decision on the way to recording yet another quality start. The veteran hurler has been one of the best starting pitchers in the AL this season, posting a 4-1 record, 2.77 ERA, 0.72 WHIP, and 56 strikeouts in 48 2/3 innings of work. Maeda will face Cleveland in his next start.
