Ryan Zimmerman banged up on diving play

Ryan Zimmerman came out of the spring training game with a "banged left side" after a diving play at first base, said Nationals manager Matt Williams. Williams said there were "no issues." (Nats Insider)

The Nationals have underplayed other injuries this spring, so monitor this. If it is indeed "no issue," then look forward to Zimmerman's reliable bat hitting third in the Opening Day lineup. He is expected to be the full-time first baseman.
