Zac Gallen (1-1) allowed four runs on five hits and two walks over five innings Monday against the Giants. He struck out six and took the loss.

Gallen was dominant through five innings, allowing just one hit and striking out six. However, in the sixth, he allowed four hits and two walks without recording an out. Gallen still owns a 2.29 ERA and 60:17 K:BB this season. He'll take on the Mariners on Sunday.
