Chicago White Sox right-hander Dylan Cease allowed two runs over five innings in a 5-4 loss to the Pirates on Tuesday. Cease struck out two and allowed five hits.
Fantasy Impact:
Cease wasn't particularly great from a fantasy perspective but he kept his team in the game. The young right-hander has been productive through nine starts, posting a 5-2 record, 3.33 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and 30 strikeouts in 46 innings of work. He lines up to face the Twins next.
