Fantasy Impact:
This would if he makes it back at all during the regular season. Pearson just resumed throwing off a mound so he doesn't have time to build up his arm strength for a starter's workload. The rookie won't have any fantasy value in redraft leagues the rest of the way. He's been sidelined for a few weeks with a flexor strain.
