Mike Napoli hits his 3rd HR of the spring

Mike Napoli finished his day against Tampa Bay going 1 for 4 with 2 RBIs and a KO. All his production came by way of a 3rd inning home run against Ray's starter Nathan Karns.
Fantasy Impact:
Coming off of off-season sleep apnea surgery, Napoli is now hitting .370 for the spring with 3 HRs. Always a streaky hitter, Napoli still figures to see regular time at first base for Boston although most projection systems have him seeing just a hair under 500 ABs. This is a realistic expectation since the Red Sox are very meticulous when managing Napoli's work load and have plenty of other options at 1B. That being said, Napoli could still deliver 20 or so HRs with nearly 80 RBIs in a stacked Boston lineup.
