Having missed a few spring games due to a back-spasm issue, Jason Kipnis signaled his intent for the coming season with a 2-run home run off Wily Peralta. He finished Saturday's Cactus League game 1-for-3 with 2 RBI.
Fantasy Impact:
This is a good sign. 2B is a dire position this season yet Jason Kipnis offers power and speed. After a down year in 2014, you might get Kipnis at a discount. He should offer 12 HR & 30 SB at a minimum.
