Adrian Houser picks up fifth loss of the season on Sunday

Adrian Houser (1-5) allowed seven runs (two earned) on four hits and four walks while striking out five across four innings in Sunday's 12-0 loss to the Cubs.

Fantasy Impact:

Houser cruised through the first three innings until things unraveled in the fourth frame. The Cubs were able to plate seven runs in the next 12 batters he faced. Houser ended up throwing a total of 100 pitches before being removed from his start. The 27-year-old owns a 5.40 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 37 strikeouts over 46 2/3 innings in 2020. His next scheduled start is Friday against the Royals.
