Jordan Montgomery surrendered four runs on five hits while walking two and striking out seven over 4 2/3 innings but didn’t factor into the decision against the Red Sox on Friday.

Montgomery is 2-2 with a 5.12 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, and 39 strikeouts in 38 2/3 innings on the season. The 27-year-old lefty's final start of the regular season will come against the Blue Jays next week.
