Trevor Bauer posts quality start in Saturday's loss

by Brad Camara | Sun, Sep 20th 6:26am EDT

Trevor Bauer (4-4) allowed two runs on five hits and a walk while striking out five over seven innings in Saturday's 5-0 loss to the White Sox. He picked up his fourth loss of the year.

Fantasy Impact:

Bauer's two runs allowed came via the long ball as he yielded solo homers to Nomar Mazara and Tim Anderson. He has now posted quality starts in his last four outings. Bauer owns a 1.80 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 88 strikeouts over 65 innings in 2020. The 29-year-old will look to make it five quality starts in a row in Friday's matchup against the Twins.
