Fantasy Impact:

Giles has been dealing with a flexor strain and will undergo Tommy John surgery to correct the issue. He will most likely miss the entire 2021 campaign. Giles finishes 2020 with one save along with a 9.82 ERA, 2.18 WHIP and six strikeouts over three 2/3 innings. The right-hander will be a free agent next offseason.
