Alex Colome dealing with back spasms

Alex Colome is dealing with back spasms, which forced him to leave after pitching one inning on Tuesday, per White Sox manager Rick Renteria. (James Fegan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Colome pitched a scoreless ninth inning in a 1-1 ball game but was battling back spasms during the appearance. Were he not ailing, he would have pitched the 10th inning, according to Renteria. The White Sox had to adjust with Matt Foster and Jose Ruiz, who combined to give up four runs and blow the game for Chicago, allowing Cleveland to clinch a playoff spot. Consider Colome day-to-day for now as the severity of the spasms isn't known. It's plausible the White Sox hold him out for the remainder of the regular season so he can get right for the postseason. Stay tuned.
