Mitch Keller doesn't allow a hit, walks eight in no-decision

by Brad Camara | Pirates Correspondent | Sat, Sep 26th 6:39am EDT

Mitch Keller allowed one run on no hits and eight walks while striking out three over five innings in Friday's 4-3 loss to the Indians. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Keller posted an odd stat line in Friday's no-decision. He didn't allow a hit but walked eight batters. He yielded one run when the Indians scored on a Carlos Santana double-play in the first frame. Keller has not allowed a hit in his last 11 innings pitched. The right-hander finishes 2020 with a 2.91 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 16:18 K:BB over 21 2/3 innings. Keller will compete for a spot in the rotation in 2021.
