Jared Walsh slugs ninth home run of the season

Walsh connected for a solo home run to lead off the fifth inning off of Dodgers reliever Brusdar Graterol in an eventual loss on Friday night. Walsh finished the game 2-for-5 with one run and one RBI.

Walsh continues to reward fantasy owners who added him earlier this month, hitting his ninth home run during the month of September. In only 30 games this season, Walsh is hitting .297/.659/.983 with 9 HR, 18 R, and 24 RBI and seems destined to be the Angels every-day first baseman in 2021.
