Dinelson Lamet (biceps) optimistic about pitching Wednesday

Padres manager Jayce Tingler remains optimistic that Dinelson Lamet (biceps) will be able to pitch the team's first postseason game on Wednesday. (Annie Heilbrunn on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tinger noted that there's still "a long ways to go" in terms of deciding whether or not Lamet will be able to start. He hasn't undergone an MRI just yet since he hasn't needed to. It's a tough situation for the Padres as Mike Clevinger is dealing with an injury as well. We should hear more about Lamet's chances of starting within the next 24 hours.
