Matt Olson went a combined 3-for-6 with three singles in Oakland's doubleheader against the Mariners on Saturday.
Oakland didn't put up much offense in either game on Saturday but Olson was one of their more consistent performers. The multi-hit effort still has him hitting below .200 on the year, though. He's slashing .199/.313/.432 with a team-high 14 home runs and 42 RBI across 206 at-bats. The counting stats are what you'd like to see but the rate stats have been a perplexing narrative this season for the first baseman.
