Carlos Martinez (oblique) to miss rest of the playoffs

Carlos Martinez has returned to the Dominican Republic to rehab his oblique strain and will miss the rest of the 2020 postseason. (Anne Rogers of MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Martinez landed on the injured list last Thursday with an oblique strain. He will need additional time to recover and has been ruled out for the postseason. Martinez was moved into the rotation in 2020 after a successful stint as a closer in 2019. It is unclear if the 29-year-old will be in the rotation or used in high-leverage situations in 2021.
