Paul Goldschmidt uncorks two-run bomb in Game 1 victory

Paul Goldschmidt went 1-for-5 with a two-run dinger as the Cardinals beat the Padres 7-4 in Game 1 of their Wild Card series on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Goldy did all his damage in the first inning as he pulled a Chris Paddack offering, with Tommy Edman aboard, over the fence to put the Cards up 2-0. It would turn out to be the first baseman's only hit of the day. He only hit six home runs during the regular season but put up an impressive .304/.417/.466 batting line across 191 at-bats.
