Dinelson Lamet starts PRP therapy on injured elbow

Lamet missed the playoffs due to biceps tightness. He is dealing with an elbow injury and there are “no ligament issues” to be concerned about. "The team initially referred to Lamet’s injury as biceps tightness, but there was concern about the elbow from the start," per Kevin Acee of the San Diego Tribune. "Symptoms of biceps and elbow injuries can manifest in similar ways." The 28-year-old will udnergo treatment in the offseason and is expected to be back by spring training. Lamet finished 2020 with a 2.09 ERA, 0.86 WHIP and 93 strikeouts over 69 innings.
