Lance McCullers Jr. strikes out 11 in Game 2 loss

Lance McCullers Jr. allowed three runs (one earned) on four hits and no walks while striking out 11 over seven innings in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Rays in Game 2 of the ALCS.

Fantasy Impact:

Despite picking up the loss, McCullers issued no walks and struck out 11 on Monday. He yielded a three-run blast to Manuel Margot in the first inning, but was charged one run due to a throwing error from Astros 2B Jose Altuve in the previous play. It was his first double-digit strikeout performance in 2020. McCullers owns a 4.09 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 16 strikeouts over 11 innings during the 2020 postseason.
