A.J. Minter excellent as opener in no-decision on Friday

A.J. Minter did his job in Friday's no decision when he allowed just one hit with seven strikeouts over three scoreless innings in the Braves 7-3 loss to the Dodgers in Game 5 of the NLCS.

Fantasy Impact:

Minter was making his first start of the postseason and was in complete control over his three innings of work. The only hit he allowed was a two-out double to Justin Turner but he was perfect otherwise. He whiffed seven and didn't issue a walk in the sterling outing. Unfortunately things started to fall apart for Atlanta once he turned it over to the rest of the bullpen. Minter is sporting a 1.69 ERA, 0.56 WHIP, and a 10:1 K/BB ratio over 5 1/3 innings in the playoffs.
