Freddie Freeman went 2-for-4 with two doubles, and two runs scored as the Braves fell to the Dodgers 7-3 in Game 5 of the NLCS on Friday.
Freeman notched the only extra-base hits for the Braves and scored two of their three runs. He scored off a Travis d'Arnaud sacrifice fly in the first inning and later scored off of a groundout in the eighth. The veteran first baseman has been having a great playoff run, as to be expected, with a .306 batting average to go along with a 1.000 OPS over 36 at-bats. He's also hit two home runs and driven in seven runs.
