Kevin Kiermaier goes yard in Game 1 loss

by Brad Camara | Rays Correspondent | Wed, Oct 21st 6:46am EDT

Kevin Kiermaier went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two RBI during Tuesday's 8-3 loss to the Dodgers in Game 1 of the World Series.

Fantasy Impact:

Kiermaier took Clayton Kershaw deep in the fifth inning to put the Rays on the scoreboard. It was only run the Rays' offense was able to muster up against Kershaw. He has been dealing with a sore wrist, but was deemed "good to go" for the World Series. Kiermaier is hitting .231 (9-for-39) with two home runs, six RBI and five runs scored over 14 games this postseason.
