Fantasy Impact:
Alvarez posted a video of himself running on a treadmill. It's great to see as it has been exactly two months since he underwent surgery on both of his knees. The 23-year-old slugger appeared in just two games for the Astros this season but he's expected to be healthy for spring training. Alvarez could wind up a massive bargain come draft day if we have sufficient reason to expect that he's healthy. Additionally, Alvarez is a player to "buy" in dynasty leagues this offseason.
