The Diamondbacks have picked up RHP Merrill Kelly’s 2021 club option. (Arizona Diamondbacks on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Kelly underwent thoracic outlet surgery in September. He pitched well in 2021, owning a 2.59 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 29 strikeouts over 31 1/3 innings. Kelly is expected to be ready for Spring Training 2021.
