Dustin Pedroia looking to build off strong spring

by Chris McCoy | Fri, Apr 3rd 10:13pm EDT

Dustin Pedrioa went 1-for-2 in Boston's second to last Spring Training game against the Twins on Friday. For the spring Pedrioa has hit .306 with 1 HR and most encouraging of all an OPS of .810.

Fantasy Impact:

Pedrioa used to be good for 15-20 HR's with roughly the same amount of steals, 90+ runs and a .300 average. Unfortunately, injuries have seemingly limited his offensive production on all fronts and Pedrioa has seen a steady drop in the 2b rankings every year. If he was ever to see a rebound year 2015 would be it. If you grabbed him around his ADP of #88 or later you may be pleased with the production you get out of an otherwise shallow position.
