Fantasy Impact:
The Rangers declined Kluber's $18 million 2021 option over the weekend, which makes him a free agent this offseason. The 34-year-old is expected to begin throwing off a mound in December so he likely won't sign until the new year. He wound up making just one start for Texas this year after suffering a Grade 2 shoulder strain.
