Chase Utley enters the season swinging the bat well

Chase Utley was brought along slowly this spring due to an ankle injury he suffered in January, but Utley has hit his stride entering the regular season. He went 1-for-3 with two RBI against the Pirates to end Grapefruit League play with a .412 batting average, four home runs and 11 RBI.
Fantasy Impact:
Utley will bat in his familiar number three hole to start the season. He got off to a hot start last year but cooled down considerably after the end of May. Utley was still one of the top offensive second basemen in the league. Although Utley i36-years old and is likely to get more days off this season, he should still be an upper-echelon fantasy second baseman this season.
