Fantasy Impact:

Abreu received 21 of 30 first place votes with Jose Ramirez capturing eight and DJ LaMahieu earning one. The 33-year-old first baseman won the award for the first time in his career and was a huge reason why the White Sox were able to make the playoffs for the first time since 2008.
