Fantasy Impact:
Franco is currently playing in the Dominican League, and playing quite well we would add. The 19-year-old is batting .350/.435/.500. Luckily, the bicep discomfort isn't considered a serious issue and Franco is considered day-to-day. Franco will be an immediate fantasy factor whenever the Rays bring him up to the big leagues.
