Dexter Fowler leads off Cubs' 2015 season

Dexter Fowler started off the Cubs' 2015 season in style on Sunday night by hitting a double off Cardinals' ace Adam Wainwright. He was stranded at third base, however, in a game that the Cubs struggled with runners in scoring position. Fowler finished the game 1-4. (Yahoo!)
Fantasy Impact:
Fowler was brought in to provide his on base and speed skills to the top of the Cubs' lineup, as well as quality defense in center field. While he has consistently had an OBP around .475 in his major league career, he has never had more than 500 at bats in a season. If he can break that threshold, expect Fowler to provide a boost in the runs and OBP categories, with a decent steal total in 2015.
