Eduardo Rodriguez inks one-year deal with the Red Sox

The Red Sox signed LHP Eduardo Rodriguez to a one-year, $8.3 million contract on Tuesday. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rodriguez missed all of last season due to myocarditis and COVID-19. He is is expected to be 100 percent for the start of the 2021 season. ERod was terrific in 2019, posting a (19-6) record along with a 3.81 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and a 213:75 K:BB over 203 1/3 innings. The 27-year-old LHP will compete for one of the top spots in Boston’s rotation in 2021.
