Aaron Hicks said that he had to change his swing to prevent hyperextension of his arm last year. His arm still "does not feel the same" since the surgery. (Brendan Kuty on Twitter)
Hicks had a fine season in 2020, walking more than he struck out en route to a 123 wRC+ over 211 plate appearances. However, the fact that he still isn't fully healthy after having surgery over a year ago is a bad sign. Nevertheless, he is worth a dart throw at his NFBC ADP of 279.
