Fantasy Impact:
Cain experienced the tightness following his final Spring Training start. Given the ailment, the right-hander is questionable to make his scheduled start on Wednesday. It would seem unlikely that he takes the mound. Cain regressed over the past two years, and this is certainly not the start he was hoping for.
