Kohei Arihara reportedly agrees to sign with Texas Rangers

Fantasy Impact:
The deadline for Arihara to sign was December 26th. The Rangers were recently reported as one of the finalists for his services, along with the Red Sox and Padres. The 28-year-old put up a 3.46 ERA in 132 2/3 innings this past season for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. He should be a serviceable rotation piece for Texas but likely won't enter 2021 with much fantasy appeal.
