The Indians traded RHP Carlos Carrasco and SS Francisco Lindor to the Mets in exchange for INF Andres Gimenez, RHP Josh Wolfe, OF Isaiah Greene and SS Ahmed Rosario. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

In a blockbuster deal, Carrasco was traded to the Mets on Thursday and figures to slide into the middle of the rotation behind ace Jacob DeGrom. After an overcoming a battle of leukemia, Carrasco was terrific in 2020. He owned a (3-4) record along with a 2.91 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 82 strikeouts over 68 innings. Carrasco should see a marginal boost in fantasy value with the move to the National League.
