C.J. Chatham traded to the Phillies

The Red Sox traded INF C.J. Chatham to the Phillies in exchange for a player to be named later. (Kristen Rodgers on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Chatham was ranked as the 14th best prospect in the Red Sox organization. He makes decent contact and will compete for a bench spot with the Phillies in Spring Training. The 26-year-old INF was part of the Red Sox player pool in 2020, but didn’t make his MLB debut. Chatham slashed .302/.330/.430 across 91 plate appearances at Triple-A Pawtucket in 2019.
