Brad Hand signs one-year, $10.5 million deal with Nationals

Jeff Passan of ESPN reports the Nationals are in agreement on a one-year, $10.5 million contract with LHP Brad Hand. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hand had his $10 million option declined by Cleveland to begin the offseason. He winds up getting slightly more in free agency and is Washington's new closer. Hand was once again fantastic last summer, posting a 2.05 ERA, a 0.77 WHIP, and 16 saves during the shortened season.
