Texas Ranges' Derek Holland left the game Friday after 1 inning when he suffered a shoulder sprain. He will miss 4-6 weeks. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
It's another blow for the Rangers' pitching staff as they had already lost Darvish for the season. Holland missed most of last season after a freak accident where he injured himself tripping over his dog. It's difficult to know how his shoulder will respond after rest, but he'll hold no fantasy value for at least the next two months.
